The Tempest Kodi streaming video add-on is another modern Exodus fork which has some great new features including Real-Debrid and Premiumize integation both with Torrent scraping.
This add-on also includes everything you’d expect in an Exodus fork including Trakt.tv integration, library integration, downloading, subtitles, etc.
One feature I noticed it is missing is preemptive termination which lets you pick a threshold of how many links are collected before it stops scraping and proceeds with playing one. If you want that feature, there are several others that have it, like Seren, new version of Exodus, Exodus Redux, and Scrubs v2.

addon is a hack! after use it keeps dl’ing at 600K. checked on 2 computers and 2 pi’s, all the same. i am on limited data and it cost me a bundle, sent me 400gb over my limit.
make sure you turn off the developer network connection, the first step before you can install any addon. If left open people will use your processors power and connection for bitcoin trading without your knowledge.
Yirmaster,
I don’t think that is Jonzen’s issue since he replicated the same thing on 3 different devices. It must be a poorly-written add-on that does unnecessary data transfer behind the scenes.
Also, it sounds like you’re referring to the ADB Debugging hack which I’ve blogged about in the past, but is it still a concern these days? I’ve seen that FireOS has been updated so that when a network ADB connection is initiated, the user needs to use the remote to click to allow the connection. That wasn’t there before which is why people used to be able to hack Firesticks without the users knowing.
Was fast and worked well when it worked then it just became glitchy and sometimes worked, then started returning indian movies. uhg…
and I’m using real-debrid…
Not Uninstalled yet but when I get around to it… Haven’t even tried it in a while.
Tried installing the Tempest addon, it won’t install from the zip file, it says “Failed” due to invalid structure. How can I fix this problem so the addon can install from the repos?
