ReleaseBB is a Kodi add-on that was originally developed by MrEntertainment years go, but now it’s maintained by @bugatsinho on GitHub since October 2018 up until 4 days ago (as of writing this).
While basically a hoster scraper add-on like most of your favorite Kodi add-ons, ReleaseBB focuses on scene releases by scraping primarily scene release websites.
What Are Scene Releases?
“Scene” releases are from “scene” groups (a coalition of groups that gather difficult-to-acquire data and share it between trusted members). They fit under ‘scene’ release guidelines, and can usually be trusted to fit specific standards.
Basically, the people who are responsible for initially leaking TV and movie content on the internet are “the scene”, and “scene releases” are the content that they release which are usually of high quality resolution.
These high quality videos are too big to reliably stream from free hosters with throttled bandwidth. That’s why Real-Debrid is required for using ReleaseBB.

Release is not working.
Thomas, are you not able to install it? Or once installed, it’s not working?
I opened it up again on my Kodi machine, and I’m getting an error when trying to navigate to any menu within Release BB. Wondering if you’re seeing the same thing.
