The Ultimate Dashboard App for the Connected Business

I think I may have found the holy grail of dashboards apps. This may help cure me of the problem I have with too many browser tabs.

My Name is Nate, and I Have a Problem

I use a ton of browser tabs. I have several Chrome profiles setup and each one of them has a large set of tabs that I keep open at all times. Even after restarting my browser, I have it set to reopen all the tabs I had open the last time.

To be honest, I hate how cluttered it feels. It just seems messy and sometimes I get lost in the sea of tabs and have a hard time finding the tab I’m looking for. I also can’t stand how much RAM it tends to take up. I periodically have to restart Chrome because the RAM usages will slowly increase the longer I leave the tabs open.

So why do I do it? Why don’t I clean it up? It’s because there are just too many tabs that I need to be checking or using on a regular basis. Here’s an idea of the types of tabs I need to always keep open: Gmail, calendar, time logs, work tasks, news feeds, social networks, social tools, analytics, and various dashboards for things that I like to keep an eye on.

Getting Help

I’ve been thinking for a while about what I can do to possibly consolidate a lot of these tabs into some kind of ultimate dashboard where I can pull in the data I need and have everything on one screen. It seemed like a pipe dream until I came across Cyfe Dashboards.
