I would suggest you first check the settings and make sure you’re using UDP instead of TCP since I’ve found it to work much better.  Outside of that, I’m not sure since I haven’t run into that exact situation.  Try playing around with the settings, and if you can’t get it to work, you might reach out to IPVanish support.
