Harris, I see your question might be more about the internet access than the TV programming. If I were you, I would just use my phone’s wifi hotspot and have a Kodi box or stick that just connects to that. Of course, you’ll need to have an unlimited data plan, and nobody else could watch TV if you leave the house with your phone. But, it’s an option.
