I have been trying to buy a 180 subscription to RD; however a message comes up blocking
the transaction; why, because it detects I am running the ExpressVPN which has been flashed onto my ASUS RT-87U; their support team asked to not run the VPN when trying to
get a subscription; I informed them that all my internet traffic goes through my router, so I am unable to comply with their requests.
I am desperate to use their services, but they no longer bother to reply to my Support tickets; is there any way to resolve this issue. Appreciate any feedback please on this issue.
