Question

hi-not sure this is something you offer advice on but..
i loaded IPVanishVPN onto my STB and all was good for a few months but in the last few days every time IPVanishVPN connects my iptv just blacks out - I disconnect IPVanishVPN and all is good again 
anything I should do it can do?

I would suggest you first check the settings and make sure you're using UDP instead of TCP since I've found it to work much better.  Outside of that, I'm not sure since I haven't run into that exact situation.  Try playing around with the settings, and if you can't get it to work, you might reach out to IPVanish support.
