Everytime I start Kodi Matrix v19.4, Cache is always full at 119 MB. Needs to be reset to 32 kB. To stop programmes from stuttering, pausing, etc. Manual reset works, but even using Open Wizard app, configured to auto flush cache at bootup, does not work, same as doing the manual method.
I use Matt Hiesmenss Slyguy Respository, and Addons4Kodi Repository, Kodi Add-on Respository. Open Wizard configuration can change Cache size.
Main problem is CCGTV dongle has limited memory being 8GB, most used for Android OS and apps.
Can’t be configured for Apps to be moved to external SD or HDD via a USB C Hub with PD to power the CCGTV, Hub, & HDD or Flash drives, or microSD cards. Google does allow R/W access to external devices. Only read only. At this time
These devices cannot be Rooted, due to Google restrictions, probably, using the usual prevent “Security Breaches” bullshit. Also not updating these devices with a larger ROM size, to 16 or 32 GB.
8 GB is way too small, when more than half is used for their OS, and minimal apps added.
New version coming in early 2022, but very little info available on Web. Google will not reply, to any requests on releases coming . But update phones on daily basis. Google Love to Control users of their products.
Any ideas want be useful. Thanks Cheers Bob
