It’s about time Dropbox stepped up it’s game in the area of competitive pricing. Until now, $10/month only got you 100 GB of cloud storage while all of its competitors (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc) were undercutting that deal. Finally Dropbox did something about it.
Now, that same $10/month gets you 1 TB (1,024 GB) which is now currently matching the what you get with Google Drive for $10/month. (For now!)
The only thing I’m still disappointed about is that Dropbox only increased the storage space, but did not offer any smaller plan at a cheaper price.
I would love to see them offer 100 GB for $2/month or something similar to that.
If you don’t have at least a free Dropbox account, you should get one. Click here to get a bonus 500 MB when you sign up for free!
