The difference is that the maker of your Android Kodi box pre-installed a bunch of unofficial Kodi repositories for you.  That makes it so when you click “Get More”, you can see all the add-ons from those repositories.  Normal users with plain Kodi have to install those repositories one at a time if they want access to the add-ons within them… which really isn’t that hard when there is basically one “Source” of fusion.tvaddons.ag that contains most of the repositories that you can install from there.
