Answer for iptv server

What TV service?  Do you mean your cable or satellite?  Are you looking to contribute to the sources found in Genesis?  I’m personally not sure how to do that.  I assume you would have to have your own website that exposes a directory or RSS feed of video files available for the developer of Genesis to pick up.
