I’m curious about what you’re referring to. If I’m missing some information that Kodi is putting shady stuff in the latest version, I want want to know about it so I can help spread awareness.

However, Kodi is open source on Github (https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc) and there are a lot of people involved in the changes and improvements that go into it, so I’m a bit skeptical and think you may have read some fake (or misleading) news.
