Guest::Using fire TV remote. I had to triple click the button with the 3 lines (far right). My options that came up were :
1. Queue Item
2. Unwatched in Neptune Rising
3. Play Using
4. Add to Library
5. Play
6. Information
7. Mark as unwatched
8. Play from here
9. Add to favourites
I clicked on number 2 and the list refreshed and the show that was checked came back as unchecked and then I was able to load it and watch it again.
Important note: I am using Neptune Rising with Kodi 17.6
Side note: I am using the magnifier which uses the 3 lines button so that is why I had to triple click. Most users should only need to click once to access the functions I have posted above.-

Guest::Jeff: Thanks so very much. I was going nuts searching the internet for this information, while unsure of just watch to search for. I found loads of “high level” information, when what I really needed was a simple explanation laid out as to how to go about it (or how to get to where I need to be) and your explanation “filled the bill”.
Much appreciation.

Guest::Nancy and Anonymous, I had that problem too, probably from some accidental set of keystrokes. They are not actually being deleted. I just resolve it using Nathan and Julius\\\’ solution. The steps are: From a video plugin listing page, press the left arrow to open the menu where you would change the view from List to Thumbnail etc. Below that under miscellaneous options, deselect the Hide Watched option. Press the right arrow and you should see the watched/checkmarked videos.

Guest::I am having this problem. I got Kodi and exodus and watched a few shows before I went to bed. Next night I search the same show and it’s not there. I tried everything on this list and none have worked for me. The only thing that work is downloading a new add on. After exodus I downloaded Neptune rising and was able to watch It. Next night I was not able to watch it again

Guest::Hello Nathan. I’ve always been a champion of referring to screen shots while reading instructions. However, I have a problem with the screen shot used in your explanation and that is how in the world does one even get to that particular screen shot to implement the modifications? Somehow my system has changed to show only “watched” TV Shows, which means that any shows I have not yet watched, don’t show up in the listing. An explanation of how one navigates to the screen shot used in your instructions would be most helpful, which by the way, is the closest I’ve come to finding an explanation for modifying the status. However…
Thanks – Mitch

Guest::Hell C. THANK YOU!!! Yes, that’s it!!
Mimi, u can do this!! Are u running Kodi on a computer or Firestick or something else? I’m running it on a Firestick, so my instructions are based on that, just keep that in mind. The overall process is the same, and you might have to make some adjustments, but u should be able to figure it out. Go into Exodus, click on “Search” at the bottom of the list, select whatever category that applies to the show/movie you can’t see any longer, when the search box comes up, type the name of the show you can’t find any longer (or really the name of anything, the goal is to get u to the next list of menu options), click ok. When the results populate, (again, depending on what you’re running Kodi on…) press the left side of the select button (for a Firestick) and the menu that you’re trying to get to should pop out. If your using a computer, there’s a tab to the left in the middle of the screen, click that. The menu from the tv is different than the menu for the Firestick. For the Firestick menu, the 4th option down, it’s going to say “Watched”, “Unwatched” or “All Videos”. You want it to say “All Videos”, if it doesn’t, simply arrows down to it, and hit the “Select” button repeatedly until it says “All Videos”. On the computer menu, when you click on the tab and the menu pops out, look for “Hide Watched” if the button to the right is blue, then that’s probably your issue. Click on it and make it grey. Oath of these options will yield the same result, and should solve ur issue!! Good Luck!! 😀

Guest::Thanks Shannon…you steered me in the right direction. However, for anyone still having a problem, my version of Krypton on my computer doesn’t show this as “hide watched” like Jarvis did. The default in the pop out (left side) says “All Videos.” Clicking on that will cycle you through “Watched” and “Unwatched.” Just make your choice!
