I’m a complete newbie, so pardon my ignorance. I want to do a project, presumably using Kodi, that will allow live TV channels to be rotated. (Say between 2 different live football games.) Is this even doable with Kodi addons and/or scripts, or will I have to fork the Kodi code base and start hacking that? I’ve looked over the addon api, and didn’t notice anything that would allow one to programatically change Live TV channels.

I’m not a huge fan of C++, so would prefer to avoid going down that Kodi source code route.

If you could point me to reference and quickstart programming guides for LiveTV stuff, I’d also appreciate that.
