I have just loaded Kodi 17.1 version. Everything went well on addons. I added Exodus and when I stream any video, the video do not move but it streams as you can see the count moving, also no audio. What could be the problem and solution to it. please help. Internet is fine. Using Widows 10 desk top.

I have seen this issue happening recently, and I found that it mainly happens when I use the left and right arrows to seek back and forth.  It will hang, but I see the time counting up like it’s actually playing.
 
What I found is that you can use the rewind or fast-forward buttons and the stream will usually come back.  Let me know if that works for you.  If not, there might be a different issue with your setup.

No, it didn’t . Yes it is actually playing but the video do not move. If I move the bar by mouse to a certain forward, I can only get a picture paused at that place.

It seems like there might be something wrong with your video card or the Kodi video playback settings.
