Using VPN IPVanish with Kodi

      Hi Nathan,

      Not sure if you can assist but since you’ve previously mentioned VPN service IPVanish perhaps you can help. I’ve had a slight problem using IPVanish where it will disconnect while I’m torrenting or in Kodi then reconnect but during that time I’m open to local IPS spying, in which I received a warning letter.

      I did contact IPVanish but they were of no help (customer service was frustrating). Have you encountered or has others been subject to this glitch.

      Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

      Hi Lisa and Robert,

      I’ve been using IPVanish for a long time and I’ve never noticed it disconnect on me before. I suppose if the server that you were connected to went down for maintenance, then it would disconnect and reconnect to something else. Sounds like unfortunate bad timing for you. I’m not sure if there is anything you can do to prevent that unless your p2p program can stop upon network disconnect.
