Titanium is a build that I’m guessing someone installed on your Kodi box for you. See, this is why I don’t like builds. I does too much “voodoo” that the end user (you) doesn’t know about, and when things go awry, you’re helpless.

Anyway, do you not have a main menu or settings link at all? Even the Titanium build has that, but it’s just customized.
