Hi Nathan, I’ve successfully installed Gaia, and now ready to Configure Gaia 3.0, but not sure where to go to find: “use the Setup Wizard and choose Reaper’s settings”

If you go to the settings, it usually prompts to ask you if you want to use the Setup Wizard. Do you not have that? Gaia > Tools > Settings
