I want to use a VPN.  I purchased an Amazon Fire TV and it arrived today.  Your instructions mention installing on my computer before installing on my Fire TV.  Do I have to install on my computer too, or can I just install it directly on my Amazon Fire TV box?  I rent my modem from my cable company.  I don't have to install it on my router, right?  How do I arrange talking to you on the phone?  I have a couple questions about real-debrid, too?  What time-zone are you in?

No, you don't need to install the VPN on your computer or your router if you only want to install it on your Fire TV.  The only thing that I said to install on your computer is the program that will help you side-load the IPVanish app onto your Fire TV over wifi.
