Hello, I am completely non-techy.
1. We have an MXQ box, I have tried to update this following videos on YouTube but get as far as clicking on a film only to get the no streaming message.
2. We have Kodi on a Sony Bravia TV, I have on four occasions followed videos to set it up and on the last seem to have managed to add on Maverick – but if I click on anything…nothing comes up.
3. I have re-added Kodi via an app – which showed I had Maverick, but I still cannot actually watch anything.

It almost feels like I am trying to do something illegal and the TV will not let me do it, albeit, I chose Maverick from the Kodi repository.

All we want to do is get our hands (eyes really) on some legally available films from time to time.

I doubt you can answer this briefly – Is it me? I will try again. or is it them? I will give up.
