Kodi Jarvis 17.0

Question

Hello. Thanks for all the great advise.
I have Kodi Jarvis 17 installed on an Android devise. I would like to upgrade to the most recent version. Would you suggest totally uninstalling Kodi and doing a complete reinstall? Just a FYI I wasn't the original installer and would like to learn how Kodi works right from the beginning...any help and advise would be greatly appreciated.

FYI, Jarvis was 16.  Krypton is 17.

You don't need to uninstall Kodi before installing the new one.  You could install the latest version right over top of it.

However, if you want to wipe it and start from scratch, it couldn't hurt, especially when you're interested in learning how it works from the beginning.
