Hi! So, I googled troubleshooting Kodi this morning and I saw your article. Trouble is, I\’m pretty computer illiterate. 🙁 So, we had been having issues with our box for a couple of weeks. We get to the menu section (genre, people watching, in theaters, etc.) and when we click on any selection, nothing happens. It worked for a while by just clicking search and searching specific movies, but now that doesn\’t work either. I read about the add-on expiring so we went in and poked around, trying to fix the issue. Unfortunately, we realized that we restored it to factory settings and now there are no add-ons and we have no idea where to go from here. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.
