Guest::I access Kodi via Android TV box. The device I have is a Tanix TX92 running Android 7. Although this device is a so-called “pre-loaded box” I have by-passed the manufacturer’s pre-loaded version (fork) of Kodi (which was becoming buggy) and loaded Kodi 18.2 Leia. Everything now runs perfectly. However, reading through some of your posts has given me some questions to ask you.
1) In your post on downloads to you mention accessing the context menu. In Windows this is easily done by right clicking the mouse. But how is it done in Android? I have a wireless mouse and keyboard attached to my Android TV Box and use the mouse all the time to control it. Left click is “enter/return/forward”, but right click is “back” (ie. go back to where you were previously). I’ve also been unable to use “Favorites” in Kodi for the same reason…
2) You post on TVAddons/Indigo blocking other addons was excellent. It boggles the mind that adults can behave so badly. I’ve been a big fan of “The Crew” addon from the getgo. Now I can’t get it to work at all. Is there a way to get The Crew to work without blocking Indigo (which may cause scraper issues on other addons)?
3) Going back to your post on downloads; I have been trying to set up Elementum addon – which uses torrents rather than scrapers – to download movies and TV shows to a specific folder so I can then upload them to my NAS and make them available to all users on my home network. Do you know if Elementum has a timer? In other words, can I set Elementum to start a torrent download at a specific time and end at a specific time? This timer feature is available on the Windows version of BitTorrent, for example. The reason I ask is because my ISP provides unrestricted bandwidth between 12 midnight and 6am. If Elementum doesn’t have a timer, is there another Kodi torrent addon that does?
4) I use Exodus Redux and Numbers to stream TV shows. I have LONG lists of my favorite TV shows in the “Search” menus on both addons. However on more than one occasion I’ve lost these lists when, for example, the addon gets a major update or I hit the wrong “Clear” button in “Tools”. Is there any way I can easily back up these lists and easily restore them if I lose them? Can I use Trakt for this? If so, how?
5) Can you recommend a good IPTV addon where the links are regularly updated and tested? I’m particularly interested in watching live news channels from around Europe and the US. I’ve tried C-Cloud (which I think is awful) and The Crew’s IPTV sections (which was good but no longer works). What else is good?

Keymaster::1) To access the context menu in Android, you either need to long-press using a touchscreen or press the “c” key on a keyboard.
2) I don’t know of any way to get those add-ons to play nice together. It seems like you just need to pick a side. :(
3) I’m not aware of any timer feature for Elementum, sorry. That would be a good feature to request of them.
4) Yes, I recommend and love Trakt. Read more about it here… https://kinkeadtech.com/complete-guide-ultimate-kodi-setup/#setup-trakt-tv-integration
5) cCloud has worked well for me in the past. The Crew does have a pretty comprehensive list of channels from various sources, so I might suggest disabling Indigo to hopefully get The Crew to work for you. I just tested on mine and was able to stream a live channel using The Crew.
