There is no official planned release date for Kodi 18. Right now, Kodi 18 Alpha 1 is available for download. Usually they have a few Alpha releases and then a few Beta releases, and then a few RC (release candidate) releases. Only after they go through that process will be the official stable release. No telling how long that will take, but I would get a couple months.
