Guest::Bought today the IPVanish using your 25% discount, thanks, is the first time I use one, did not know it was posible. I began too using Kodi for the first time downloading a build name Spinzfury, I am a retired person and not knowledgeable with computers.
I have fiber optic internet 300MB for three month, then will go down to 50MB. I noticed once I began using IPVanish, the internet speed went down from 300MB to fluctuations between 27 and 5 MB download………..?????????? That is a lot!!!!!! Is that normal? When I go down to 50MB what will happen with Kodi or any other stream or browsing????
Thanks, be well! -

Keymaster::Depending on the server you connect to, your speeds will be decreased because the VPN server is acting as a proxy. The available bandwidth on that server is what you get. 27 mbps is still a very decent speed and should handle most streaming. I would still hope you could search for a different server that will get you more speed. But, to answer your question, I don’t think that your VPN speeds will go down proportional to your ISP speeds as you are wondering. I think that server’s bottleneck is at 27, and you would get that no matter what your speed is. Hope this helps.
