I reset my fire TV and now when it starts up it goes to the screen Ware it says connect remote by pushing the home button but nothing happens I have tried everything including hooking it to the Internet directly and the problem is I can’t get it to recognize any remote I bought two new fire remotes and still nothing I called Amazon and they couldn’t help either is there any tricks that you know of to get past that
