fast way to add all video addons?

good morning

is there an easy or fast way to enable all repos and media sources in a program build without having to spend hours redoing everything everytime there is an update? for example, if in Diggz Xenon, i wanted to add in all the sports or all the adult content in one go, is there a way to do that?

I personally don't like having too many add-ons on my Kodi all at once.  They all take up some processing power and can quickly bog down your device.  Builds are the way to do what you're describing, but looks like you're familiar with them.  But, again, I advocate just installing a handful of add-ons that you want.
