No matter what I try I cannot install ANY ADD-ons.  For whatever reason it won’t “get” the info from the Zip file.  I’ve tried so many different files but still get the same error message no matter what I try.  Can you please help?  I am going crazy here.  Is there a setting that I need to click or unclick to get it to work?
