Dragonbox Update 5/2018

Question

Hi Nathan,

I hope you can help me. My Dragonbox 4 was acting screwy so i did a Factory Rest. When all the standard procedures were completed I noticed a new Icon. The Lion 's head (Welcome) one. So obviously an update was installed upon reset. Well when i hit Dbox on the Homepage it loads up and puts me into the page where all the choices, for what i want to do , should be ( i don't know the name of this but it's where you would choose Video or Add on etc and select your streaming source like Covenant or whoever. Well...the problem is..that the gray and red bar are there, with the date in the left corner but absolutely nothing else. Zero text no anything except that blank bar where sources and everything  else should be. Do you know what might be causing this and can you recommend any type of countermeasure ? I'd appreciate any help you could give me.

Since Dragonbox was hit with lawsuits, they changed their business model to provide customers with access to legitimate sources of entertainment that don't infringe on copyrights.

Sounds like the factory reset removed your add-ons, and you're going to need to install them again.
