In “Exodus” on our Kodi Firestick, I have linked Trak Tv, but lately my “Collections” will not open with “My Tv Shows” in it. The “Watchlist” will open, and in “My Movies” both the “Watchlist” and the “Collections” will open. Is there a way to reset it? I’ve tried unplugging the Firestick, with no luck. What it does is, when I click to open “Collections” it says it is “Working”, but then goes back to the same page with nothing happening. I asked on the traktv web site, but was told they are a third party, and did not know what could be wrong. Can you give me an idea what needs done, or if there is someone else I can contact. It is so convenient using track tv in this way rather than needing to search for everything we like to watch.
