What is a good way to clear cache, packages and thumbs?
I would like it if there was an addon to take care all of this.

Hi Trey,
I currently use Indigo from TVaddons . It includes a great maintenance tool
to clear the cache, delete packages, etc.
You can also schedule maintenance on a weekly basis.
