Hi. I’m not a tech head person and find your tips very useful. However today my kodi will not install any add ons or let me reinstall. Keeps saying can’t connect to network server. I’ve checked the system network and it is connected but internet is busy. Is this the reason? I have been trying to get covanant to work. Had no luck since reinstalling it. Now nothing is working due to the network server message. Any idea how to solve this. Unable to watch any film on covenant or at the glix. I have kodi on my fire stick for your info. I hope you can help….my brain has had enough today
      Regards

Covenant has been abandoned, so that might be why. I would suggest you look at the newer add-ons. I’m into Gaia right now.

I have been having the same issue the past few days since I have been trying a few new add-ons. I have been using Neptune Rising and Covenant (it has still been working). I have tried to add multiple times and always get “Cant connect to network”. I have restarted Kodi, restrted the Fire Stick, all settings are ok and network is connected, everything seems to be updated. I’m afraid to delete and reinstall the two I am using for fear I will get the same error.
I am not real techy either (or I get a friend to help) and I can usually do these things but I’m not great at what to do after getting an error.

Deactivating old abandoned repositories is usually the fix for getting errors like “Failed to Install a Dependency”. For “Can’t connect to network” that means the file source is offline or you mis-typed the URL.
