Addon Installer not working properly

      I have loaded Addon Installer program from fusion. The program then attempts to create the database but the database is empty. For example, if I select the Video Addons menu, nothing is displayed.
      I have tried a Kodi refresh without any suucess.
       
      Any ideas please as I am struggling.
