YES. I had the “no stream found” error in Exodus, and the Tools menu was missing, so I could not clear providers or cache. The only solution that worked for me was to manually remove all files related to Exodus, for example:
/storage/.kodi/addons/plugin.video.exodus
/storage/.kodi/addons/script.exodus.artwork
/storage/.kodi/addons/script.exodus.metadata
/storage/.kodi/addons/script.module.exodus
/storage/.kodi/userdata/addon_data/plugin.video.exodus
I dont know which file got corrupted, but removing & reinstalling through the Kodi GUI did not help. It’s unbelievable, after 16 years of development Kodi still does not perform complete & clean removal of add-ons. Noobs & Nerds had an app called “Security Shield” that would clean orphaned add-on data, but they took the repo down and Team Kodi never integrated this functionality. I still have the tool in an old Kodi profile on an SD card, but cant figure out how to export a single Kodi add-on and import it on another machine.
